Diluted solutions have no corrosive effects on mild steel or stainless steel when used as directed. Product is also safe for use in polythene sprayers.
Stability:
Virkon S powder demonstrates a 2.3%w/w average loss of initial activity when stored at 20°c for 3 years. A 1%w/v solution in hard water (350ppm) shows a 10% loss of initial activity after 7 days.
